Step 1 – Soften

The first step in the lifting and lamination process, this gentle cysteamine-based formula works to safely break down and soften the hair’s internal bonds, making lashes and brows flexible and ready to be reshaped. Unlike traditional thioglycolate solutions, cysteamine is kinder to the hair structure, helping to minimize dryness, odor, and damage. This step prepares the hairs for their new lifted or laminated form while maintaining strength and integrity.

Timings for lash lift

• Fine lashes 7-9 mins
• Normal lashes 10- 12 mins
• Coarse lashes 13-15 mins

Timings for brow lamination

• Fine hair 6-7 mins
• Normal hair 8-10 mins
• Coarse hair 11-13 mins
